The licence will be granted following an inspection of the premises and compliance with the necessary regulations. The process also involves placing a public notice in a local newspaper to ensure local residents have an opportunity to be consulted and/or object.
There is no tacit consent on receipt of the application or acknowledgement of such. Consent (licence approval) is only granted following compliance with all regulations and the inspection process.
1. Applicant’s name and address—this should normally be a business address as it will be published as part of the licensing procedure.
If however you would like correspondence from ERRCS to be sent to a home address please enter the home address below and tick the “Home” box. In this respect the address of the venue will be used in any published arena.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Then insurance cover will need to be obtained, the level of cover approved, and a copy sent to us prior to the licence being granted – refer to guidance above.
